GET YOUR CREATIVE JUICES FLOWING AT DUMBO DRINK AND DRAW, PRESENTED BY THE DUMBO IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT + POWERED BY CREATIVELY WILD ART STUDIO! Work with some of Dumbo's best artists in the inspiring Dumbo Archway. These workshops are specially designed for adult artists. All levels are welcome. Drinks available for purchase from Dumbo Station.

Prior registration is required with two ticket type options:

1) $20 PER PERSON for all art supplies

2) FREE if you bring your own materials (you must still reserve your spot by “purchasing” a ticket).

Easels or tables supplied for all participants.

------ ON JULY 27: KEVIN KELLY - "THE MASTERS: EXPLORING BASQUIAT’S WORK" ------ Bio: Based in Brooklyn, Kevin Kelly (@kvonkelly) is an artist who aims to create work that has strength and depth while also being arresting and challenging to people who may not be immersed in the art world. In the midst of this pandemic, Kelly feels extremely grateful to be able to live and work in Dumbo.

Project: This summer, Dumbo artist Kevin Kelly continues his Modern Masters series with an examination of Jean-Michael Basquiat’s work. Come join us in creating avant-garde paintings in which text meets imagery, and where loose, gestural brushwork and symbols take center stage.
