Taking place on Thursday, April 18th, elNico’s Chef Fernanda Serrano will be joining forces with San Paolo’s Chef Luana from Metzi, ranked #18 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2023.

Known for their culinary prowess since their days at Cosme, the duo will host a one-night-only culinary celebration showcasing their vibrant and elegant Mexican cuisines, offering a distinctive and flavorful menu. The menu features the seamless fusion of their unique culinary journeys, combined with Brazilian ingredients from Metzi alongside elNico’s seasonally sourced ingredients. Throughout the evening, guests will be treated to a five-course culinary delight, starting with an Ikura Sope and Tuna Tostada designed to captivate the senses and ignite the palate. Following this, attendees will move onto the second and third courses, featuring a Fluke Aguachile and Fish Adobado. To conclude, indulge in the irresistible decadence of the Not Pecan Pie, a sweet finale that will leave you craving for more.
