Located on the same course as the Cross Bay Duathlon, athletes of all experiences will race along this scenic beachfront. The long straight flats provide the perfect aero-racing course and its extra wide concrete surface is perfect for biking and running. Athletes participating in the Triathlon will swim parallel to the beach in the open water ocean. Trained city lifeguards will be stationed at all strategic points to supervise swimmers. Event Includes: Tri: Swim 0.25 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 3 miles Du: Run 1.5 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 3 miles
