Demo and Dine: Mother’s Day with “Pasta with Grandma”
From the small village of Palombara Sabina, one of the matriarchs behind @pastawithgrandma is coming to Platform for an afternoon of pasta rolling, shaping, tasting, and storytelling. For this educational experience ,Nonna Angela of the Pasta with Grandma team will share her secrets to handmade pasta. Guests will learn her cherished recipes and personal techniques that can only be passed down generation to generation. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn the fine art of traditional Italian pasta from the one who knows best: nonna.
