Saltbae Burger

Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe, aka Salt Bae, brings his mastery of meat to a sit-down space near Union Square. Wagyu burgers are the focus here, full of character and flavor, with (of course) a side of fries—regular, truffle, or sweet potato options.
