Virtual Tenement Talk – Lost and Found
How do love and loss impact each other? In this virtual Tenement Talk, streamed to YouTube Live from our recreated 1950s bedroom, Pulitzer-prize winning author and New Yorker columnist Kathryn Schulz discusses her latest book, Lost and Found. Her memoir takes us through the death of her father and the start of a new romantic relationship. When she experiences both at the same time, she is moved to document and explore what we may find–about ourselves, others, and the world — in loss. Schulz will be joined by Dani Shapiro, bestselling novelist and host of the podcast Family Secrets.
