French fave Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is Unleashing the Bubbles in NYC for a month. Starting Thursday night, the cobblestones of Stone Street will get a makeover with giant champagne bottles, bubble dining domes, cork stools, thousands of bubble balloons, a bubble ball pit, music, and ice sculptures. Local bars and restaurants will be rolling out specials through July 9th like champagne cocktails and a Burger and Brut deal.
