The Menu
Havana Central’s all-day menu boasts the best in Cuban cooking. Dig into classic dishes such as the Cuban sandwich, arroz con pollo, or vaca frita, an addictive dish of pan-sautéed shredded skirt steak served with cilantro rice and a fried egg. Also on the menu are vegetarian friendly options like a veggie stuffed pepper, a Cuban spin on surf ‘n turf (“Mar Y Tiera,” pairing a grilled steak with shrimp and calamari), and appetizers like the empanadas, chicharrones de Pollo, and the chips and guacamole.
Or, you can get a bit of everything in the appetizer sampler, which includes chicharrones de pollo, tostones, maduros, masitas, and empanadas. Make sure you save room for the decadent desserts, including Cuban flan, churros, and tres leches cake.

Happy Hour
Great values at Happy Hour every Monday-Friday from 3 to 7pm. Red sangria, margaritas, and mojitos are only $7 each. The signature house sangria is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Ciroc VS Brandy, agave, and fresh fruit, while the classic Cuban cocktail, the mojito, won’t disappoint. Take your happy hour at the bar empanadas for half-price when you buy a drink (rules apply), along with other bar bites like sliders, fried calamari, and boneless chicharrones de pollo.
Pre-Theatre Menu
Havana Central's prime Times Square location makes it a natural for pre-theatre dining. Monday through Friday from 4-6:30pm take advantage of a great deal—just $49 for three courses and a drink (tax, tip, and additional drinks are extra). For appetizers, take your pick of an empanada sampler, chips & guac, crispy fried pork with pickled onions, Cuban fried chicken, or avocado salad. When it's entree time, options include ropa vieja (a classic Cuban braised beef dish), grilled skirt steak, slow-roasted pork (above), mango-glazed salmon, garlic chicken, or stuffed peppers). The entrees are served with two sides. Save room for dessert, between Flan Classic with a caramel topping and Churros Traditional served with dulce de leche and chocolate dipping sauces. One drink is included, with a classic mojito, margarita, red sangria, house wine, well drink, or beer as the possibilities.
