NYC's Third Annual Basic Income March
The NYC Basic Income March will bring together artists, elected officials, local organizers, community organizations, basic income thought leaders and more to commemorate the growth of the movement, highlight important new policies and efforts, and energize the local grassroots community around achieving a national basic income. The march will take place from 12:30pm - 4pm in Harlem, starting at Amsterdam Avenue and 123rd Street, going up Amsterdam Avenue, and ending with a rally at Johnny Hartman Plaza. Speakers and performers include Councilman Carlos Menchaca, leadership from Hunger Free America, the NYC Marching Cobras Drumline, and more.
