Enjoy a Breakfast Burger with fries, or chicken and waffles with herb butter. Special brunch cocktails include the Tavern Mimosa with cointreau and a pitcher of Bloody Marys for just $20. 146 W. 47th St., 646-649-3587, longacrenyc.com

The Marshal

The Marshal, a small and mighty favorite in Hell’s Kitchen, boasts farm-to-table goodness, much of it cooked in their wood-burning oven. That includes their hash recipe, currently featuring braised short rib, poached eggs, and veggies. Hearty entrees also include the Wood Oven “Grilled” Cheese and Bacon sandwich and local vegetable omelet with Vermont Creamery goat cheese. Be sure to start with some homemade biscuits with honey butter (yum!). Your standard brunch cocktails are not so standard here, as they’re made with thoughtful ingredients like regionally sourced tomato juice in the Bloody Mary and local sparkling wine in the mimosa and Bellini. 628 10th Ave., 212-582-6300, the-marshal.com
